Convenience Store Manager

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, including opening, closing, cash controls, and operational standards
• Lead, coach, and inspire a large retail team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales, manage KPIs, and implement commercial strategies to maximise turnover and profitability
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to ensure strong availability and minimal waste
• Plan and manage staff rosters, recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management
• Maintain exceptional store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
• Monitor store performance and take decisive action to improve results
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
