Job DescriptionProject Manager€75,000 - €80,000 + Company Vehicle + Expenses | Nationwide SitesOverviewWe are currently partnering with a well-established organisation operating within the construction and specialist project delivery sector.Due to continued growth, the business is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of both project delivery and operational performance. This is a senior appointment offering strong visibility across the organisation.The company is recognised for its structured working environment, consistent hours, and supportive leadership, providing a stable platform for long-term career progression.The RoleReporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple projects.This position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing site delivery while also contributing to broader business improvements.Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards
Manage internal teams, subcontractors and external service providers to ensure effective coordination
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules and operational reporting
Drive improvements across systems, processes and overall business efficiency
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and client requirements

Candidate Profile

Degree qualified (Level 8 or higher) in a relevant discipline
5+ years' experience in a management role within construction or a related sector
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams effectively
Strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills
Commercially aware with the ability to identify efficiencies and drive performance

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
