- Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards
- Manage internal teams, subcontractors and external service providers to ensure effective coordination
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules and operational reporting
- Drive improvements across systems, processes and overall business efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and client requirements
- Degree qualified (Level 8 or higher) in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years' experience in a management role within construction or a related sector
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify efficiencies and drive performance
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
- €75,000 - €80,000 base salary, depending on experience
