Communication: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitors and incoming/outgoing mail.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to facilitate smooth operations and support various departments as needed.
Facility Management: Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with grace.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
