– Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or a related discipline
– 5+ years' experience in program operations or contractor management
– Strong background managing hybrid or remote teams across global markets
– Familiarity with project tools and data-related deliverables
– Clear, confident communication and high-level problem-solving skillsBonus Points For:
– PMP or similar certification
– Technical experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python
– Previous experience scaling contractor programs
