- Communicate and follow up with suppliers and site staff regarding delivery dockets and invoice queries.
- Monitor and manage supplier credit requests.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department to resolve any purchasing-related issues.
- Prepare and analyse cost reports to support procurement decisions.
- Track material budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); SAP experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction materials is an asset, but not required.
