This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic industry, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of medical equipment and supplies.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of medical equipment and consumables in line with company policies and procedures
- Maintain and update procurement records using SAP
- Liaise confidently with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment
- Resolve order discrepancies and support invoice reconciliation
- Contribute to supplier performance reviews and cost-saving initiatives
- Support the Procurement Manager with reporting and administrative tasks
- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role (preferably in healthcare or medical supplies)
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
