Red D are recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading hospitality and events business in Co. Mayo.This is a high-energy role for a commercially focused Sales Manager who knows how to generate new business and build strong, long-term relationships. You'll be selling everything from meetings and conferences to private functions, group dining, weddings and entertainment packages - all backed by a well-known, established venue with serious footfall and profile.You'll work closely with the General Manager and an in-house marketing team to drive sales across multiple revenue streams. The role involves prospecting, pitching, attending networking events, planning site visits and managing key accounts. There's lots of autonomy, and your ideas will have space to land and grow.If you're a self-starter who enjoys being out on the road, building commercial relationships and converting leads into business, this could be a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in the West.We're looking for a Sales Manager with:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales
A full, clean driver's licence and own transport
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage accounts, convert new business and meet targets
A self-motivated, outgoing and well-organised approach
The flexibility to attend events and site visits outside the standard 9-5 where needed
