- Manage and deliver tool installation and building services projects from pre-construction through installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, programmes, budgets, and resource allocations aligned with client and company objectives.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and CSA interfaces associated with tool installation works in controlled and live operational environments.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, installation sequencing, hook-up activities, and system integration.
- Lead regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, OEM vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, including site-specific procedures.
- Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and installation methodologies.
- Manage project cost control, change management, and reporting, maintaining accurate visibility of project financial performance.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery to agreed milestones.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to value engineering to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Project team management and mentorship.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in project management or building services delivery.
- Relevant third-level qualification essential (Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or similar).
- Proven experience managing tool installation, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom-based projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and CSA coordination within complex project environments.
- Commercially and contractually competent, with experience managing project budgets, variations, and P&L.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop cross-functional project teams.
- Experience working in live operational environments with strict safety and quality requirements.
- Excellent IT skills, including scheduling, reporting, and document control systems.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
