- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening of CVs, interviewing and negotiating offers.
- Manage relationships with third parties such as recruiters, and executive search providers.
- Directly source candidates across multiple channels to ensure a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and collaboratively design and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Degree or Masters Level in Business/HR related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years previous in-house search and recruitment experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in using a wide variety of recruitment methods
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
