- Brand Management: Oversee the corporate brand across stationery, reports, presentations, signage, adverts, and the website, ensuring consistency in all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team, Sales Enablement, and Research to develop data-driven strategies that boost revenue and enhance market presence.
- Senior Leadership Liaison: Act as the primary marketing contact for senior leadership, providing timely updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials—including boards, brochures, and adverts—for the property division.
- Drive Innovation in property marketing
- Work alongside external marketing agencies to develop best in class property marketing
- Support agents with tailored marketing collateral and digital assets to effectively promote client properties.
- Work closely with the Communications COE and PR agency to create and execute strategic PR initiatives combining corporate and property narratives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with media professionals.
- Drive social media campaigns that enhance our digital presence, with a focus on expanding JLL Ireland's reach.
- Leverage digital trends and insights to refine content strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Plan and execute high-impact client events annually that reinforce our brand.
- Assist with persuasive pitch proposals and work with creative teams to develop quality assets.
- Proven Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience. Background in brand marketing, PR (copywriting and media relations), event management, and digital/social media. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant fields
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe CC and automation platforms. Worked with digital platforms and briefing SME marketing groups. Stronge project management and organizational skills
- Interpersonal Acumen: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with regional teams and senior leadership. Collaborative and work with diverse skill sets, navigate culture and politics and ways of working across functions, and ability to communicate to diverse stakeholders
