- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Prepare and produce high-quality dishes in line with company standards
- Carry out opening and closing procedures
- Maintain excellent personal and kitchen hygiene standards
- Adhere to all Food Safety and HACCP regulations
- Assist across different kitchen sections as required
- Relevant third-level culinary qualification
- Previous experience at Chef de Partie or similar level
- Strong focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- HACCP Level 2 certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
