- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print & events).
Performance management and analytics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Assist in organising events, trade shows, and internal competitions
Brief any creative content with external agencies
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Support the development of customer loyalty programs and seasonal promotions.
Support the teams in new unit openings
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva).
Creative mindset with familiarity of design programmes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Passion for hospitality and service is a plus.
Full clean driving licence, car and the ability to travel when requiredQualifications
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative, Canva).
- Understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies.
