Cluster HR Manager

- Lead and manage all HR operations across multiple Galway-based properties
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, learning, and development initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Irish employment law and GDPR
- Support and deliver performance appraisals and succession planning
- Maintain and optimise HR systems and records
- Build and sustain a culture of collaboration, respect, and high performance
- 4+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a cluster/multi-site or senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Alkimii HRIS systems knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships across all departments
