- Full responsibility for all financial operations of the business
- Management of bank and cash processes
- Maintenance and reconciliation of the nominal ledger
- Oversight of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Processing and control of wages/payroll
- Monitoring and management of stock controls
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
- Reporting to the General Manager with financial insights and performance analysis
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or a related sector
- Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a job-sharing arrangement
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Flexible 3-day working week
