DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company, and our people are the unsung heroes who keep the cogs turning and the country running smoothly.We're now looking for a Site Lead to have operational responsibility for managing a safe, efficient & profitable site for the organisation and the customer(s) whilst embedding the high standards of adherence to H&S throughout the business.✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Develop and share safety best practices between departments to ensure the best results for the site
Discuss and approve improvement actions that involve customer requirements and SLA's, additional resources and financial investments with the operations managers
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at the relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established
Track operation's performance, understand deviations and results' trend with Operations Managers/Transport manager in terms of overall Site Dispersion for the last 30 days
Align the Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (Assistant Transport managers) and ensure they are trained and prepared to carry out the required activities (see Excellence School responsibilities
Align Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (Operations Managers) and consider how these have an impact on site results, including the required frequency for tracking them, how the results are calculated and on which report they can find the results - including communication to new leaders on your team as part of the onboarding process

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Minimum of 5 years' experience in transport management, with strong geographical knowledge of Ireland
Proven experience in people management
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change initiatives
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multiple reporting layers
Skilled in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Balanced approach, combining results-oriented focus with respectful leadership style
