Duties include (but not limited to):

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and high-quality project outcomes.
Demonstrate a strong track record of completing mechanical projects on time and within budget
Ideally experienced in managing combined Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
Possess solid commercial and contractual knowledge, including project P&L management and team development

Position Requirements

At least 5 years of experience following professional qualification.
Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering required.
Strong IT proficiency with solid knowledge of relevant software and CSA processes.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Track record of managing medium to large-scale building services projects, healthcare experience a plus
