
HR Project Manager

- Project Planning: Collaborate with HR leadership to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and allocate resources effectively
- Project Execution: Lead the implementation of HR projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, department heads, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during HR projects, including communication plans, training, and support
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and manage project issues to minimize disruptions
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-implementation evaluations
- Continuous Improvement/Project Retrospective: Analyze project outcomes and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
- Process Optimization: Review processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement process optimization strategies and ensure their effectiveness
- Compliance: Ensure that all HR projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in HR Operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experienced managing projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe
- Based out of Dublin, but flexible to work in different time zones, option to be Flexible or In-office
