- Develop and grow a B2B client base across European markets (retailers, resellers, e-commerce, auction channels)
- Drive outbound sales activity through structured prospecting (phone, email, CRM tools)
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and repeat business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximise retention and revenue
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of wholesale accounts
- Track and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPI metrics
- 3-5+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong track record in new business acquisition and outbound sales• Experience in luxury, fashion, wholesale, resale, or high-value goods is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts
- Highly organised with strong pipeline and CRM management skills
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
- Existing network within relevant industries is beneficial
- Competitive base salary (€40,000-€50,000)
