- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage the new accounts process, ensuring approvals and due diligence checks are in place
- Liaise with Finance and project teams regarding vendor set-ups and approvals
- Maintain and update new accounts trackers, databases, and procurement records
- Issue and process Pre-Qualification Questionnaire forms for new vendors
- Monitor supplier insurance compliance, request updated certificates, and ensure records are accurate
