Job DetailsMotor Distributors Limited, the exclusive importer and distributor of Mercedes-Benz, smart BYD and XPENG in Ireland wishes to recruit a Sales Coordinator for the Product Planning Passenger Car Sales Department. As Sales Coordinator you will report to the Head of Product Planning and work with relevant business units to construct the optimal product offering for our market.This is an exciting time to join our passenger car team as we introduce new brands to the Irish market.The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:Providing strong support to the Dealer Networks and external customers ensuring a high level of customer serviceOperating the ordering systems checking accurate order buildsPreparing product guides & specifications for all new modelsUpdating & maintaining Intranet system with product and distribution informationCarrying out inspections of vehicle deliveries, processing distribution requests and stock checksConducting competitive analysis and updating DMS systemsCreating sales performance reports across models, channels and end user groupsPreparing accurate wholesale reports, invoices and assisting on sales projectsDeal promptly with all email and telephone queriesOther ad-hoc sales administration dutiesThe successful candidate will ideally:Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative roleGood understanding of manufacturer and retailer operational systemsDisplay excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe analytical, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Be standards driven and process orientatedPossess excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledgeMust be a team player and provide outstanding customer supportProvide a friendly and helpful approach to our customers and colleaguesFull, clean driving licencePrevious experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essentialIf you meet the above criteria and are interested in being considered for this position, please submit a cover letter outlining your availability and salary expectation, together with a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae.
