
Office & HR Manager

- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice including organising management meetings, liaising with managing suppliers, overseeing facilities and office inventory etc.
- Run recruiting campaigns and the full employee life cycle
- Work directly with managers on performance management, change management and people development
- Manage all HR administration needs such as updating and maintain employee files, answering employee queries etc.
- Create and execute staff engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement better processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling and reporting
- Troubleshooting IT issues and leading rollout of new software programs to the practice.
- Solely responsible for Partner schedules
- Manage the practice website and social media updates
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- 3+ years HR Administration and Recruitment
- 3+ years of Office Management experience
- Professional services industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to “roll up your sleeves” with willingness to assist with various tasks
