Location: Sites based in North, West & Central Dublin, WicklowProjects: Residential, Commercial & Leisure - both Public & Private contracts

Reporting to: Commercial ManagerA leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking multiple highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their dynamic team, working on prestigious sites across North, West & Central Dublin as well as Wicklow. This role offers the chance to be part of a company renowned for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial QS management of your projects.
- Efficient & timely management of the subcontractor procurement process.
- Preparation of contract trade budgets.
- Budget cost analysis of all packages and negotiation with subcontractors.
- Management of subcontractor appointment and accounts.
- Management of subcontractor payments.
- Preparation of cash flow and interim valuations.
- Change order management and agreement of the final account with the PQS.
