- Cost Management & Budget Control: Lead all cost planning, budgeting, and financial management activities across residential projects, ensuring accurate forecasting, value engineering, and adherence to commercial targets.
- Procurement & Tendering: Manage the full procurement cycle, including preparing tender documentation, evaluating subcontractor bids, negotiating terms, and overseeing contract awards for key residential construction packages.
- Measurement & Valuations: Oversee project measurement, prepare interim valuations, manage variations, and ensure timely submission of payment applications and final accounts in line with project timelines.
- Contract Administration & Compliance: Administer contracts for multiple residential schemes, ensuring clarity of scope, change control, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with project managers, design teams, contractors, and clients to provide commercial guidance; prepare clear cost reports, risk assessments, and commercial updates to support informed decision-making.
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Ideal candidate will come from a building background
