- Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities and implement continuous improvement
- Extensive experience within premium or luxury furniture retail is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in senior retail leadership, with a proven ability to drive commercial performance
- Highly polished communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate insights into action
