Project Quantity Surveyor – Waterford

• Manage all cost control aspects of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and reports for high-rise developments.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and assess variations.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administration.
• Provide cost advice and guidance to the project team to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven track record working on high-rise steel frame and RC concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, Cost Management Software).
