
Project Quantity Surveyor – Waterford

- Manage all cost control aspects of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and reports for high-rise developments.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and assess variations.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administration.
- Provide cost advice and guidance to the project team to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
- Proven track record working on high-rise steel frame and RC concrete projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, Cost Management Software).
