- Assist with preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial reports
- Support procurement and tendering for subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare valuations, progress claims, and variation assessments
- Maintain detailed cost records and assist with financial tracking
- Work closely with senior QS staff to ensure commercial compliance
- Assist with final account preparation and project close-out
- Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field (or trade background with relevant experience)
- 1–3 years’ QS experience on housing, commercial, or student accommodation projects
- Understanding of contract forms and cost management principles
- Strong numerical, communication, and organisational skills
- Full Irish driver’s licence and ability to travel to local sites
- Irish/UK market experience highly advantageous
