Location: Co DublinSalary: €38,000+Reference: MC1282We're seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with energy, ambition and a can-do attitude to join this local favourite in North Co Dublin. This role will support the day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality restaurant, ensuring smooth service, happy guests and motivated staff.Key Responsibilities:

Support the GM in managing daily operations
Maintain high service and hospitality standards
Assist with staff training, motivation, and scheduling
Ensure excellent communication between kitchen and floor teams
Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally

About You:

Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience
Positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for hospitality
Strong people skills and a team player mindset
Willingness to learn and develop under expert guidance
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
