Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Waterford. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Qualifications Strong understanding and experience working with cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting Ability to manage projects and budgets effectively Working knowledge of relevant construction technology, software, and tools Excellent communication and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field Certification in relevant areas of expertise is a plus Experience working in the construction industry for 3-5 years Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Bike to work scheme On-site gym On-site parking Sick pay Work Location: In person
