- As an integral member of the Marketing Leadership Team, support the vision & mission for the HEINEKEN Ireland Marketing team and overall business
- Lead the strategic direction of the Heineken® brand in Ireland aligned to the new core brand idea , partnering with global to shape appropriate assets; lead the development of local topspins and culture pulses.
- Responsible for the Heineken® brand's P&L; shape commercial discussions to deliver brand volume revenue & OP targets through market leading price, pack and promotional strategies
- Responsible for delivery of breakthrough TTL communications that are proven to shift brand equity and volume metrics
- Drive future of marketing within the team, accelerating martech and precision approaches
- Lead the brand's Planning Cycle via the preparation of long term strategic plans which are integrated with commercial plans to achieve brand KPIs
- Lead a data driven decision making culture on the brand
- Inspire, and lead a high performing team
- Managing the relationship with Heineken® NV (Amsterdam) to ensure understanding, support and effectiveness for the Irish Heineken® team and managing cross functional relationships and communication of brand direction.
- Build a network of world class agencies, who support delivery of breakthrough communications whilst constantly managing for value on our behalf
- Manage an extensive brand budget with responsibility for identifying & delivering on operational & process efficiencies to maximize return on investment for the brand
- Manage the brands' responsible alcohol reputation in terms of compliance of all activities/communication with standards set internally, by Heineken NV and by regulatory bodies
- Always Put Safety First
- Have a relevant third level qualification with c. 15 years of marketing experience, ideally in the drinks industry, FMCG
- Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

- A strong relationship builder - with ability to foster partnerships for the longer term
- Be highly analytical and possess effective planning, organisational, presentation and strategic skills to perform in this very demanding role.
