- Apply marketing effectiveness principles across the marketing team, providing insights and best practice guidance.
- Own, evolve, and report on the Marketing Scorecard, delivering regular insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with advertising managers to evaluate creative and media strategies through an effectiveness lens.
- Partner with agencies and internal data teams to develop econometric modelling to maximise ROI.
- Manage the group marketing budget, recommending spend allocation and tracking expenditure.
- Oversee agency relationships, budgets, contracts, reviews, and tenders in line with agreed KPIs.
- Identify and lead award submissions for major industry accolades (e.g., AIMs, Effie's).
- Promote a culture of creativity, effectiveness, and marketing excellence through training, guidance, and best practice sharing.
- Lead key marketing projects, presentations, and team planning activities.
- Manage one direct report.
- Third-level qualification or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of five years in a senior marketing role, with proven marketing communications experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing advertising campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and budget management skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
- People management experience.
- Qualification in Marketing or Advertising.
- Experience working with or within creative/media agencies.
- Personal development training.
- Training or certification in Marketing Effectiveness (advantage but not essential).
