- Conduct sales activities over the phone, in person, and through online platforms.
- Respond to customer queries and provide a high standard of support.
- Manage reservations, daily payments, customer accounts, and general administrative duties.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the storage facility.
- Work collaboratively with the team to help implement and support marketing campaigns.
- Help with monthly reporting and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
- Open and close the facility when required.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in an office-based environment.
- Background in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or events is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
- Excellent phone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable dealing with clients and working closely with internal teams.
- A relevant college qualification.
