Salary € 0 - 30,000, 30,000 -40,000The RoleLeinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time role in Tallaght, Dublin 24.Fully office based40hour working weekSalary €35,000 -€40,000 DOEMain duties:
  • Conduct sales activities over the phone, in person, and through online platforms.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide a high standard of support.
  • Manage reservations, daily payments, customer accounts, and general administrative duties.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the storage facility.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to help implement and support marketing campaigns.
  • Help with monthly reporting and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
  • Open and close the facility when required.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
The PersonRequirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in an office-based environment.
  • Background in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or events is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
  • Excellent phone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and working closely with internal teams.
  • A relevant college qualification.
