Warehouse Supervisor

• Overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, such as receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Managing and leading a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring inventory levels and participating in regular inventory counts.
• Optimising warehouse layout and storage configurations to maximise efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Proficient in inventory management and record-keeping.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery is a plus.

• Organising and prioritising daily activities within the warehouse.
• Leading and motivating warehouse team members to meet productivity goals.
• Conducting regular walkthroughs of the warehouse to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicating and collaborating with other departments to fulfil orders and resolve any issues.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking activities.
• Supervising and participating in loading and unloading of shipments.
• Training and providing ongoing support for warehouse staff.
