Managing Director

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation.

• Lead and manage the following teams:

• Work closely with current Director/Owner for onboarding and phased handover.

• Oversee commercial performance and ensure profitable project delivery.

• Embed scalable processes and systems to support business growth.

• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Represent the company with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Proven leadership experience at Managing Director, Operations Director, or General

• Background in electrical contracting, M&E, construction, or a related industry.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project-based businesses.

• Effective team leader with a people-first mindset and ability to develop talent.

• Comfortable with both strategic thinking and day-to-day operational oversight.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Kilkenny (on-site presence required).
