- Work with the management team to ensure smooth running of the hotel operation
- Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
- Address guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
- To ensure that all staff conduct themselves in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual and hotel policy
- Ability to direct the team in all operational departments in their day to day duties
- A strong presence on the floor with a hands on approach
- Assist the Head of Department to continually improve the procedures and systems
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late night, early morning and weekends.
