Our sister cafe - The Wildflower Cafe is looking for a food server for our busy daytime cafe in Ratoath garden centre.This role is not suited to part timers who are only available weekends.This role is a 5 day over 7 position. Only applicants who are available to work during the week should apply this time.Successful candidate must have at least 1 years experience in working in a cafe/restaurant environment.Must have excellent customer serviceMust be very energetic and work well as part of a team and liaise well with kitchen staff & front of houseBarista experience is a bonus when applying for this roleExperience in using till systems / cashing up at the end of the day and reporting to management if any issuesBeing comfortable with managing any issues that rise with customers or staff alikeThis person needs to be a very well rounded individual that can handle a little pressure and generally gets on with peopleIts a small team at at the cafe so its important this candidate helps add to the harmonious environment we currently haveImmediate start available
